Balladen Primary School runs a Breakfast Club, enabling parents and carers to fulfil commitments in the early morning.
The cost is £3 per child per day. Parents or carers booking for a full week will only pay £13 if they pay on Monday. Payment is due on the day of attendance and children must be signed in by an adult.
Although there is no need to book, priority will be given to children attending for full weeks and those with regular attendance.
The club is open from 7:45 AM until 8:45 AM each morning. At 8:45 AM key stage 2 children will go outside for 10 minutes fresh air prior to the start of school. Infant children are accompanied to their classes where they can read on the carpet.
Each child will receive breakfast which a choices cereal, toast and drink. We also allow the children to sample all the breakfast foods such as waffles, brioche, croissants, pancakes, crumpets, yoghurt and fresh fruit. We encourage children to make healthy choices.
There are activities available for children each morning.
